Text and icons randomly messed up?

Booted up this evening, and noticed my start menu and apps are all messed up. Text looks almost normal only you mouse over them, which is when they change. Happens in Settings to. Icons/tiles vanish once you hover over them.

Desktop programs are fine; it appears to affect only start menu and 'apps' so far.

Anyone seen this?

No one else then. Couldn't find the issue, couldn't be arsed to keep searching either. Wanted a clean install anyway, so took a backup image and clean installed 10.
