text formatting toolbar

hey folks,
At present im a designing a website with an amount of PHP and SQL in it. Anyhows i have been searching around for a guide to add a text formatting toolbar quite like the one present in overclockers forum above the text entry box. Could anyone point me towards a tutorial as it would make the entry of images and links into news items easier for the website users. I have used google but to be honest i dont even know if i am calling it the correct name.

TinyMCE is one.

its got to be html it enters not bbcode just to make that clear. Sorry

Yes, TinyMCE is one, as I posted. Features in Wordpress and other such CMSs. Outputs XHTML.
