Texts in conversation

Am I being stupid and missing something totally obvious?

Basically i'd like to see sent/received/total texts in a conversation but atm there is nothing displayed about how many

Is there an app or am I missing something obvious?

(android, htc one s)

This function disappeared with my ICS upgrade, strange really!
