does the level of the weapon matter? I just noticed thaT I have 4 backburners 3 are level 10, the other is lvl 85. does it make a difference/

huh? I thought that all of the same type of weapon was the same level and it just represented the amount of achievements you need to get the weapon :/

Nope no difference, and it doesn't make a difference, I got a level 76 and then another level 80 Dead Ringer today.

apparently they are planning to introduced a trading system for trading in surplus unlocks which is why your getting multiple drops of the same weapon, the level may have something to do with what you can trade it in for.

OK, I was slightly wrong, it's a bug that will be fixed in the next update.
