could anyone please tell me how you exit a game? i just had to keep shutting it down through task manager, not got a clue how anything works we steam/valve as its first time ive gave them try

and what server's are best to look out for? i just entered 1 where your in a little room smashing **** out of each other, got boring after 1 min
