TF2 server anyone interested?

Joined the server last night while it was quiet, had some cabbage ask me to leave as soon as i'd joined a team!

So what? France = cheaper than uk and server's ping is the same as my uk l4d servers... :rolleyes:

Anyone having issues connecting to game servers for the first 2 or so minutes after launching TF2? For some reason all I'll get in that time frame is "Server not responding" no matter what server I try to connect to (servers include Link's, Hampshire Heavies and GTFO servers) yet after those few minutes have passed everything will work flawlessly. Also, I never used to get this and I think it might be a product of the latest update though it has been a while since I played TF2 so not really sure exactly when it would have started.

Just reviving the thread to say that the server is updated to the latest Version of TF2 and sourcemod has been switched to the latest STABLE release (1.3), rather then the 1.4 that was running.

If there's enough interest then I'll keep the server updated as much as possible, otherwise I understand if people already have their favourite servers so I'll let it die again.

Both Oxy and Lyon had an interest before in running events on this server and admining it. If anyone is still interested then let me know?

Just been playing for just over an hour. Good fun tonight. Hope the server picks up as I may play more often then.
