Didn't want to start a new rant thread but been dealing with Thames water for 18 months now. Had a 6 month bill of £142. The next bill in 6 months time was £415... 6 mo the after that it's £420.
I go through no end of BS and it turns out they have been charging me for the water used by the local church and it's extension for when they have get togethers / youth club etc. They admit the fault and my bill goes back down to £180 after 6 months. They still haven't paid back the estimated £500 they owe or even given it as credit for my account. Still chasing them and then I get a new bill. £1,406!!!!!!
How this company is allowed to exist is incomprehensible. The morally devoid morons they have working for them should all go jump off a bridge!
