I just thought I would like to say thanks to the people at OcUK for the quick turn around on a recent RMA I had with my Razer Tarantula Keyboard.
Unfortunately the razer keyboard I use for work had an intermitent issue with the semi-colon key where it would some times not work and as a programmer this key is used a lot. So was extremely frustrating when it didn't work correctly.
After reporting the issue they managed to get the unit tested and replaced in under two weeks and it was all pretty painless.
So again thanks OcUK for the swift and prompt service.
