After two and a bit years of praying that my 360 was one of those (nonexistent?) stable ones, it finally gave up the ghost with a dreaded 3 RROD.
Anyways, I got on their website, downloaded the UPS form and arranged the collection for the next day (Friday 14th August).
Roll-on to Monday 24th August (yes, ten days) and guess what arrives for me in the post? No, not my fixed 360, but a brand new shiny 360. In 10 days. 10 days. Oh, and 1 month free of XBox Live.
Is this a record? Anyone else had one repaired and returned so quickly?
