I had ordered a PD 950 from a competitor and was disgraced with their call centre (/polite mode engaged damned rude) when I phoned to change an item on the order..... Order was cancelled immediately..... So the lost 1250 quid order.

I ordered the cpu from OCUK (needed urgently) and only 5 mins later got a shipping e mail. Fantastic service lads, and a very polite (think his name was chris) and helpful phone bloke...

You will now get the rest of my order over the week end (over a grand) and all future orders...

yeah they are pretty good compared to others. Big thing for me is they know what they are talking about if you ring with a problem, not like other places
