Thankyou OcUK

I hope physichull doesn't crumble under the picture taking pressure :D

You could just imagine it. He steps up with the camera to take the pics, his hands start shaking and getting sweaty, then he just collapses due to the pressure.
To keep in with the cool people...Pics!

Hi guys, sorry for the moment of absence as I was watching the apprentice last night! At work now but will take a few when I get home, as clearly, there is a need for pictures!

Lol @ Sash!

Any ideas on how to kill the blue lights? Thought they would look good but they are a tad annoying when the light is switched off for extra drama on Left 4 Dead.

Probably disconnect the cable powering them.

Ah right, thanks mr x plosion, that was indeed the blue lights I was talking about. That's the news I was kind of expecting.

As I am a bit of a newbie, what should the operating temps be on the 4870x2 on idle desktop (I get around 60c) and say running Cod4 on max (get around 83c) but I have been playing wwith the fan levels a bit. What does everyone have their fan speeds set at? 35% fan speed seemed ok as a standard and for running cod4, but what if I run a more demanding game such as crysis, would i have to crank up the fan speed a bit? (bearing in mind the noise these fans make is quite loud!)

Also, in the ATI config menus, is there a separate setting for each core? If so I am not sure how to switch from looking at the settings of one, to the settings of the other or do all the changes made here apply the settings to BOTH cores? Sorry/apologies for being a newbie, but I'm a bit clueless when it comes to things like this.

Much apprciation if you can help.

For my 4870 I have my fans fixed at about 50 - 60%, then again I have a sofa PC set up so dont mind the noise.

I have yet to try my 4870X2 (getting the Asus Tri fan version tomorrow)

I think 60 to 80/85C is a pretty normal temp.

All will be revealed in good time. Will have to take them on my phone so it won't be outstanding quality but they will be photos nonetheless.
