I knew a girl who got it tattooed on her arm two or so years ago, she was a bit of a wrongen. I suppose that was in the early hype phase, i can't gte my head around it myself.

As much as i don't want to, i sort of understand the finger one, stick it up to your lip and it looks like you have a silly little tache, this was top of forearm, quite large as well. Just very peculiar.
