strength/mass boss30 secs is very short, are you doing circuit style training or strength/mass?
Quick question guys. Im currently supplementing EPA and DHA fish oils (omega fish oil from MyProtein). As i understand, these don't contain omega oils (ALA/LA etc).. so is it worth supplementing both and ordering a bottle of fish oil and some omega oil??

Out of interest, what do you mean that you think you over did the weights for deads and BOR? Was it that completing the reps was unusually hard or was it more to do with discomfort (in that you got the reps but that they didn't feel great)?
Also how much do you squat?
OT:A friend of mine from the gym is going to America for a month to train with Eric Cressey. I've got to admit I'm fully jealous, it sounds like it would be a lot of fun. You know getting up at 5:30-6:00 every day for training, only to have to train another two times during the day .
