Yikes! No wonder I've fattened up a little bit. I'm still yet to have my post workout meal too. Really need be more careful (I love carbs ). Was planning to cut soon anyway.

lol I have seen super size me. They guy eats everything mcdonalds for 30 days, I don't do that! I was just at work and didn't bring my own food and really needed eat to something quick. I don't normally eat there but if I have to, I always get the double cheese burgers because of the high protein.mc donalds wow, i personally if i had a choice would never eat it again, but sometimes my cousins all go there, and its either starve or eat it, i have never went out of my own way though to go there in like over 10 years.

Technically the gym is obviously liable here however I also make sure the DB's are as tight as possible in between each set to avoid something like this happening to me. So you could say it was a little bit stupid to start a set with them that loose but on the other hand it shouldn't even be a concern.
