Misha is a legend, always laughing.
He's on my facebook friends list bit doesn't say much
Don't worry I'm happy with personal codes being used, on the proviso:
- They are not in sigs
- Not plastered on every post
- Everyone gets a fair shot at sharing their code
- People don't take the mickey
What would you recommend for eating on a budget? It's all to easy to buy quiches + pizza's, but I'm looking at eating a lot more heathily, albeit on a budget.
Any ideas? Money is an issue here.
Oats, peanut butter, Eggs (~10p an egg if caged), frozen chicken is quite cheap, tinned tuna etc. Still more expensive than living off onion rings etc though.
How are your cooking skills?
Tomato sauce with lots of veg (carrots, onion, celery) and meat can go with rice, pasta, and stews/casseroles are a good choice.
I like it with pineapple! It's tasty nice!
Kenmare, getting lots of calories is easy, just eat. You just have to plan and put the effort into preparing your food and wanting to eat and cook.
If it's not to much trouble, would you mind terribly giving me a sample day of what a person should be aiming at eating? Someone wanting to see gains not hindered by food.
6'1"+, 75Kg.
Thanks
Quick question about deadlifts chaps:
Did my first legs session yesterday in over 3 months, having badly twisted my knee.
I took it easy only doing about half what I was before the injury, but my lower back is killing me after 4 sets of deadlifts. Is this to be expected, or am I doing it wrong? I was fairly new to deadlifts before I buggered my knee so didn't have much time to perfect my technique.
I keep my head up and facing forward, and try to push my arse back and keep my back straight, but I'm 6'4 and it's a long way down so I think my back might be taking too much of the strain.
I did 4x10 at 50kg + olympic bar.
