Was just going to post +2.5 on the Mirandes Arandino game but as I got on, they scored in the first 5 mins, odds have plummeted. Wish I'd back more, and I will try to be as quick as poss from now on.

Surely Madrid -1.5 (evens) with the team they are putting out must be a decent shout.

Ramsey under 10.5 league goals 5/6 @ PaddyPower appeals to me, decent player but he's never scored over 10 in a season (total Prem goals 17 in his entire career) and I am not convinced he will necessarily be starting every league game, also it wouldn't surprise me to see him sometimes deployed in a deeper lying box-to-box role alongside a holding player rather than as one of the 3 behind the striker. He had a good season last year, arguably YPOTY up until he got injured at Xmas and I think this may be swaying opinions somewhat.

Seems like decent odds. I just dislike season long bets unless its something really special. Ties up cash too much for my liking and for something like 5/6 i'd want a fairly big stake.

Just to drag myself down after my last few posts sounding like i was one of those people who only posted winning bets!

Last night i backed Birmingham (drew), Madridvs Sevilla >2.5 and backed Wolves at HT after they'd had 3 disallowed goals in the first half and i stupidly threw a load on under 2 goals in the reading game in the 88th minute at 1.25 in an attempt to chase losses. My only winners for the night were United win thanks to a last minute goal and backing Germany W U20's when they were already 2-1 up.

So after a fantastic start of the day where i was a grand up i ended up finishing pretty much where i started. My only saving grace was that i'd banked that initial grand or i'd have probably placed larger stakes and lost a lot more.

An incident took place in Armenia in January 2014, whereby a friendly fixture that was scheduled between Ulisses Yerevan F.C. and Gandzasar FC did not take place, but data was provided.

Perform acquired RunningBall in June 2012 and with the exception of the events in Armenia and Portugal we are not aware of any other such incidents in the 156,000 matches that have been scouted during that time and we are confident that our systems will have identified if there had been other instances. Notwithstanding, as part of the investigation into last week’s events we have already commenced a full and proper review to ensure that is the case. As an organisation we take the integrity of sports data very seriously and we are in the process of introducing a number of additional stringent measures to ensure that our protocols and controls are of the highest possible standard.”

Betfair’s integrity policy is to be fair to both the business and the customer and in light of this information we have no choice but to make manual adjustments to your account in effect to void the market.

We have insisted on a full investigation from Runningball and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by this issue.

Now it was 7 months ago and i have no idea whether i did/didn't place a bet on this game or not (nor whether it was a winning/losing one). Has anyone else received the email so i can work out if its a generic one or not.

You'd think they'd specify what this manual ammendment to my account would be!
 
Just as an update to the above. What a result. I obviously ****ed away money on the above game. Just logged onto Betfair and i've got an extra £500 showing in my account!

Feel sorry for the guy who placed the opposite bet and has had £500 taken away though.
