i would have thought it would be better to have an ati 3650 on the £300 build as they are much better price to performance.

the corsair 620W can handle SLI GTX, im sure the 625W enermax modu82+ can handle a little 3870x2 
and yes, i put in the x38 for the budget, why not though, one of the most important things for OCing is the mobo.
yes many people have differnt preferences, but this is a guide as what you can get for the price points. its an allrounder to what you can get (which is what most people go for).
as for the OcUK memory. its rated to go to 400MHz minimum, when OCing an E2180 you wont get near that, so its going less then its rated speed. theres no problem with it being their.
and as for the 3650, yes i would prefer it aswell, but it wouldnt fir the budget. as smaller budgets every peeny counts, at higher, a tener here or there wont make much

Great idea but you do need to either add another budget or up the 1K one. At this moment I’m looking at a rig for about £1200 and I think your 1k rig is obviously holding back for that budget when for a few hundred more it’s a huge difference.
I’d add best Value Ultimate Range £1000 - £1300
Also I respect individual views but it would be even better on here if we thought the systems had been given the nod by a few old heads on here. Surly a group of five or six with a Minimum of three out the group give the suggested system there blessing or even Edit.
