Irfanview is free and let's you resize pictures to pretty much any resolution you want. Click on image, then resize/resample and it's self explanatory from there.

No, no altering. To be honest, it hardly shows anywhere else, only seems to be that picture!

I used Paintshop Pro to resize, I think ImageShack can do it for you too? Mail it to me if you are having trouble.

Edit: Or as above. I've never used Irfan (wind and fire!) so can't comment.

The mod made me laugh at the beginning when i go straight into a heavy firefight and some peaceful classical music is playing in the background. Since it's a HL2 mod, the FakeFactory textures and sounds worked with it, it looked great.
