it is mate, but if youve got a usb mem card then you can slap them on that as gt4 will let you print pics out, so just transfer them to the pc

You could also run it through a video input card and it'll display ok on a monitor, actually seems to come out lower quality but it is good enough

yes, but its also got the best graphics (imo) out of any game aswell. combined with the gameplay thats why i think its one of the best games ever
