@peter

How long did it take you to do that! Shame LFS doesn't show completley mangled tyres as well as punctures :)
Your fps look decent enough so why does it look like you play LFS in 16bit colour not 32bit? Fair enough if your gfx doesn't support it though.

Looks like its just cuz the resize i reckon?

EDIT: just had a go on the fear demo, pic before i found the settings to turn it up :eek: stunning visual game

Way to butcher the english language.

Look at the edge of the skid mark, it's obviously in 16bit.

Was that really necessary PiKe? I dont play the game i was just saying...

Ah so you can type properly.

Just annoyed me the absolute lack of effort that went into your reply that's all.

Sorry for my lack of effort. I don’t always give my spelling and punctuation full concentration. But yes I can type properly.

Well, this thread has upset me - I was running around happily thinking that EQII looked nice......now I've seen Guild Wars I'm all depressed

Couple of minutes. The skidmarks are very fat to begin with cos I popped my tires.

And it's on default resolution and detail settings cos i never usually tinker with details unless I need to. Plus it's only the demo and don't play it too often. It's fun tho :)

Sure is fun :)
LFS could do with an easy setting to control the graphics (Low/Med/High). There are some bizarre terms to control the details at the moment. But anyway, they are in there when you feel the need to make it look prettier!

Yep, defaults are just the most compatible settings. It runs well on some low end systems I've heard, but I don't think there are that many people running games at 32bit are there?

But then it isn't a finished product etc...
