Oh come on, escaping from a cargo-plane that's just been destroyed by a Reaper by getting in the tank they're carrying and parachuting down inside said tank, and then, using the tanks co-ax M2 to shoot down the Reaper during freefall.

It's going to be brilliant. Just a sit down with a few beers, switch off your brain and enjoy the explosions brilliant rather than a film offering you a deep and thoughtful perspective on the meaning of life.

Oh, I didn't expect anything less :D Sounds like a Michael Bay film, had to do a quick check to make sure it wasn't !

The thing with these remakes is the fact that you will never have it like the original. The original was fantastic in my areas and the cast was a cast that could never be replaced.

You just have to treat this with little reference to the original show and take it as a new show altogether.

I know they could have easily made a remake with the original 3 stars and have someone else as Hannibal which would have been awesome but this is a new show, new cast and with a new style.

For starters, how can anyone ever replace Murdock, Face, Hannibal and especially BA.

But can it be done whilst under fire, the plane is exploding, and then use the cannons to take down a jet, one for mythbusters methinks.

I like the actor who's doing the new Murdock, he's good in District 9 but Murdock was my favourite in the original cast, I'm not sure he could beat the random crazyness of the original.
 
Thanks for that trailer, I knew the movie was coming, just did not know it was far enough along for a trailer.

I thought they were still casting.

But on looking at it, it looks awful. And I mean just kind of like pee take camp Hot Shots type rip off of the movie type awful.
 
I really dont get why people are narked by this, i grew up in the 70's and the A-Team was utter gonads , a fun way for the under 13's to spend their Saturday evening, that was it. Episodes were Helipcopters flew into Cliffs and everyone got out groaning clutching their arms as though they'd sprained a wrist. Defeating the enemy with a Cabbage firing Tank.

Every other episode a battle against an evil Land Owner on a terrible looking set that never changed from week to week ( definatetly some LA backlot), with EXACTLY the same plot. For christs sake remove the rose tinted glasses, it wasnt Star Wars ffs , and it most certainly wasnt The Wire !

This is living up to the spirit of the series in every way, will it be any good ? , probably not but it ought to be brain out Friday night fun. You should be happy its not a dark forbodding "reboot", it looks pretty spot on to me.
