My gf is a older then me by 6 years. I imagine when I'm 40 in a mid-life crisis I'd want to have a 20 yo girlfriend. Age is irrelevant imo.

My dad is the most hardcore i know lol.

He was 37 dating a 21 year old women.

Fair play to him imo

As for me, im 17 and the youngest i would date is a 16. And even then i feel tad weird! I like older women anyway, so all is ok

Absolutly fine mate. My missus is 19 (20 later in the year), and I'm 20 (few months ago), bugger all gap, I'm at uni, and she is in full time employment, works fine. If you like her and want to keep her, age, etc. really doesn't matter so don't as, just go play

My missus's previous boyfriend was about 30 and she met him when she was 17/18...that I find wrong, bigger age gaps later in your days is fine imo, but like 22< guy with a girl <20 is just wrong, and visa-versa.

I've been 18 and seeing a 32 yr old, 22 seeing a 25 yr old, I've been 21 and seeing an 18 yr old, I've been 25 and seeing a 16 yr old. Had no shame in any relationship but just fun and happiness. Care what anyone thinks? Hell no!

I personally don't care about age. If I liked someone enough I'd go out with them.

My mum and dad's age difference is 11 years, and they knew each other growing up! She used to help my dad's family doing the milkrounds. Think they hooked up as soon as she turned legal. Haha! Go dad!

When I first met my wife I was in my late 20's, she was in her early 30's. Did it really matter there was 4 years difference? No, not one bit. I'm now 32, she's 36. Does anybody even notice the difference, let alone care? Of course not.

My parents are nine years apart. Does that matter? Nope.

My Mums parents were 20 years apart. Did that matter? No, because one was in their 30s and the other in their 50s at the time they met. Now, had one been 30 and the other 10....that would be a different story!

A guy I used to work with was 31 and he was going out with a 17 year old. Leading to much hilarity when organised a Sunday night out as the excuse for his non appearance was "she's got school in the morning". The running gag at the time was;

I find 18 year olds to be a lot of hassle and i'm only 23.......tbh i look for a lass to be over 20 :cool:
