While the MPs are clearly a problem, those "info"graphics are more a demonstration of how terrible FPTP is than an argument against remaining in the EU. That tiny absolute majority of <4% of voters (who showed up) cascades into an untrue massive majority with the way the votes are counted using FPTP.
