That's just one room in the loft and it is quite a big house so probs not going to affect price much, listed for over 3 million, buyer can likely afford to clear it out (cost is a rounding error really) or indeed upgrade to a much better loft spaceship!

We need to do a forum group buy for that room alone, house is just a bonus asset for a LAN. Dont change a thing, the old setups eventually go up in price as many are thrown away or naturally stop working.
