From what little I saw, she was a he, with no intention of becoming a she. I think who ever it was picked up the name from the anonymous confessions thread, and just ran with a transgender thread to try and see how much bigotry and what not could come out the forum. Not sure if there is a real Lucy that he was conversing with though.
