Robbie, what workout have you been doing to tone your stomach like that?

I don't fancy trawling the bodybuilding thread.

I bought a Powerbar and for the last two months, I've been doing 4 x 8 bodyweight hanging knee (now leg) raises most days. That's it for resistance.

Also been eating properly and I cycle 8 miles per day on my commute.

Any gym visits? You do look a lot better in the latest pic. I look similar to you in August and would love to trim back down to what I used to be. The benefits of a comfortable relationship. :o

I've just started cycling 2.5 miles to work (so 5 miles each day each way) and wondered what else I could do to lose the (slight) belly I'm starting to get.
 
At the moment I'm doing full body (just 3 x 8 bench, squat, deadlift) three times per week with no further cardio. The full body destroys me in cardio terms. For the first 6 months I was doing a three day split. I also do chins and pullups every other day, 4 x to failure.

The year after I got married I put on over a stone, then we both decided to knock it (the poor eating) on the head together. The biggest change I noticed was when I:

- stopped drinking cider and beer in the week
- started going for a bike ride instead of loading up Just Cause 2 :p
- doing regular bodyweight / abs exercises at home

Here's a chick to balance all the sausage!
