oops
Why'd you delete that post? Those guitars look sweet, so they have kind of a line 6 pod in them, but instead of amps and pedals, it contains tunings and guitar models.
A good riff to learn would be the opening riff to Led Zeppelin's Rock N Roll to get you going from the 2nd fret to the 5th.
Ah cool, cheers for the pic, dig the hanging them on the wall thing, I hope to do that one day when I have my own man caveI had 2, 6 way guitar stands and a couple of hercules wall hangers which i still use to date nowreally miss them tho, a few reeled off, Schecter 006 Deluxe Black cherry, Fender standard tele, Fender USA Highway 1 Series Strat, Gibson SG Special, Epiphone Les paul 56 gold top, (3 I have now, Tom Delonge ones, and Mark Hoppus bass) had 2 Fender Tom Delonge ones, Surf green which I still have, and the graffiti yellow, which I sold, Martin DX1, I cant remember anymore at the mo
I'll have a think and come back if I remember.
The Taylor is downstairs, couldnt be arsed to go down for it so sorry, no pic![]()
Because there are people on here who think they are toys and think I've made a massive mistake.
However, without all the electronics it is the best guitar I have ever played and my playing has taken a huge leap because of it.
On stage I use the normal pickups for 21 out of 24 songs but on two songs I use a Martin D12 acoustic setting and on an Hendrix track I use an out of phase Strat setting.
In the house I have a lot of fun and can quickly alter tunings & sounds.
For instance I was learning the proper way to play Kashmir last week and all I had to do was switch to a Danelectro sound and put it into DADGAD tuning - sweet.
I often pick up my slide, switch to Dobro and put it into open G and have a Seasick Steve moment.
It sounds like a toy but it really isn't.
Ah I see. It sounds like a pipe dream to have a guitar that's actually 20 guitars in one, a transformer guitar if you will, but the proof's in the pudding, so if you say it's the bee's knees the naysayers should have a listen. I would love to have a guitar that let me instantly change tunings. I'm still a complete guitar noob, so no idea if I could appreciate the difference between all the versions of guitars properly yet.
This is me having a quick play going through Telecasters, Startocasters, Gibsons, Rickenbackers, acoustics, banjo, Dobro and sitar.

Telecaster sounds very good there, strat is not too bad... not really liking the Gibson/Rick and so on... although I guess for a Gibson LP type sound you just use the magnetic pick-ups.![]()
Sounds awesome to me, but that may be down to the guitar player!
Love the banjo and sitar, sounded pretty authentic to my (untrained) ear. Do you have any vids of you playing on your band site? I remember in another thread you posted some vids and said you were in 2 bands, 1 as singer and 1 as guitarist.
I'd preferably like it from (In order of preference!): AC/DC, Guns n roses, pink floyd, aerosmith.
The fourth bar of Back in Black is good for stretching the fingers![]()
I bought myself a grip strengthener on Amazon which lets you exercise individual fingers, so hopefully that will help me play better.

Not sure it will help you play better.
There is absolutely no substitute for actually playing the hell out of your guitar. that way, you are gradually improving grip strength whilst becoming more fluent on the fretboard![]()
