With the 1st review out and the game due for release soon i thought i better make a thread.

8.5 Presentation
The levels and tracks are lovingly rendered, and the menus (save for the ATV construction system) and uber-intuitive.

9.5 Graphics
Pure looks like a million bucks. The vistas go on for miles, the bikes look sharp and the character animations are engaging and slick.

8.5 Sound
Engines purr and rumble accurately, and the sound effects are carefully crafted to draw you in, especially during jumps. Voice acting varies.

9.0 Gameplay
If you like to have fun, you will like this game. It lacks depth somewhat, but the core of the experience is a blast.

8.0 Lasting Appeal
The lone single-player mode, although fun, is a bit short. But the multiplayer is robust and well-implemented.

8.6
Great OVERALL
(out of 10 / not an average)

Pretty good score for a game of it's type

That is roughly what I was expecting after playing the demo. I enjoyed it but as always with a game this type the single player can only go so far. Must admit I'm looking forward to MP but not sure whether to actually buy it or wait for my rental to come through.

Enjoyed the demo, but cant see me every buying it. Looks like it would be fun online in multiplayer.

I quite enjoyed the demo, technically it's superb. I can't see it having a lot of depth though, compared to something like SSX

Really enjoyed the demo, and up until yesterday it was a definate day one purchase, but with Wipeout arriving the day before I now have a dilemma on which one to buy

It's only £29.99 on release, not sure i'd pay that much but i'd say if it goes sub £20 it's a bargain :cool:

This is quite fun, not quite as well done as Motorstorm but has the fun factor, will probably pick it up 2nd hand when its in the sub 15 barrier reef.

Might pick this up for PC, due to higher res.

Brother got demo on PS3, feels like a fun game.
