The AMD Driver Thread

Is that playing the multiplayer or Redsec? I played just MP tonight and it was fine.
So far it's been Redsec only but that's because we've not played multiplayer in a little while. The 9070XT is in my wife's PC and she closes the error message before I can see what it is which is very helpful.

had a couple of crashes on the new driver playing BF6. It’s not crashed at all until this point. Both have been while playing the BR mode.
Had similar with Cyberpunk.

Had two or three screen lock crashes since the new drivers at no particularly graphically stressful or game specific areas.

It had been fine.

Both times it was early on in the match i had just upgraded my guns and then a direct x error.

@humbug Hi - can you send me another invite for your Star citizen discord group please?
Discord is arsing me about and it's easier to use an old discord account I've got - I was replying to your message there then the new account I'd made kind of blew up and I couldn't get back into it
I've been doing the take down missions in Pyro - it's better there btw, I'm about 4 mil up at the moment.
I shot down the polaris on my first mission in my Titan (must have been weakened by previous ships - no-one in the server believed me - subsequent attempts have been increasingly downhill)

I got a weird bug with the new driver. Unless I have the adrenalin overlay on it'll stutter like crazy in all games. Unsure if it's freesync related or what. Haven't used the PC much recently so this stood out when I updated it. Can't be bothered to mess around with it right now and I just have the overlay on transparent/minimal as a workaround.

Sounds like some weird 'reduce fps of apps in the background' setting that's got messed up.
