For comparison, I've just had a 30 minute stint on F1 2020 and these are the max temps recorded by GPU-Z with my FE 3070 Ti at default clocks, power limits etc. No FPS limits set also so the card was pushing for maximum FPS at all times. My case is quite high airflow, case fans running ~650rpm so nothing crazy (2 front intake, 1 rear exhaust). No issues with memory temps on my card, surprisingly cool in fact compared with 3080 and above.
Also I forgot to add myself into this thread as a 3070 Ti owner. Was lucky to grab an FE card in the first drop in June
