Hahahaha Simon is setting himself up for an epic fail... you can tell he is 100% not comfortable as a Project Manager, and he is really compensating for his own feeling of inadequacies vs everyone else by gonig completely over the top in asseting himself and "putting his foot down". This is going to be a good episode.

That tall guy on his team though is such such a pathetic, spineless little **** and his voice really irritates me.
