YOUR FIRED!!!

He was a tube though to the state where it was cringe TV. I was in stitches watching his pitches.

Dont worry folks, he's a bank manager and looks after your cash !!!

Talk about ganging up on sara at the end! Even when Lee is talking normally, he is absolutely savage! Raef yet again is awesome!

Also, the irish bird, oh man she would get it every time.

I hate that jenny b**** she had rubbish ideas and contradicted herself - total witch. When they ganged up on Sara they really got me wound up, good on Raef though to step in. Raef ***!

seems a bit silly, and bloody annoying, that they upload you're fired onto iplayer before the actual episode.. i was watching the football  :(

Clair & Jenny need to **** off. They really deserve a shoeing.

The blonde chap not the loser this week but the guy with the mop of hair (Alex??) hardly says anything as you can tell he just doesn't agree with anything any of the project managers have come up with in the past. He's become increasingly quiet which I find odd.

Sara's ok she's not really been given a chance, but maybe she's just not strong enough to be heard which doesn't have to be a bad thing, but at the same time it's not very confidence inspiring.

Jenny should have been the one to have been fired. As much as I hate Clair I dont think she was THAT bad this time but I still hate her :p

I like Raef he's well balanced. Michael is an arrogant sod, the tall cockney guy I haven't really got an opinion on. The Irish girl is also a little odd.

Hahaha, cracked me up so much when he shouted that!

I cringed. If any of my staff did that I'd send 'em out to compose themselves - certainly if we were having a serious meeting. A more laid back meeting wouldn't be so much of a problem, but in front of SAS when one is supposed to be portraying an image of professionalism, one doesn't behave like an uncouth yob. I'd have almost been tempted to deny him the win purely on that basis.

Kevin's pitch was absolutely awful! Sounded more like he was preaching to the buyers and reeling off irrelavent statistics than trying to sell a product, show there is a market etc.
Poor Sara at the end. She had a quiet round yes but at the beginning few episodes so did some of the other contestants. Well done Raef for sticking up for her as already said, I hated the guy for his little speeches about himself but has some good ideas and is down to earth. One of my favourites to win.

raef jumped up in my estimations for sticking up for her.

they way they attacked her was horrilbe and completely undeserved.

I agree with what you're saying - it was very unprofessional but I wasn't overly surprised under the circumstances. Not that I agree with Michael's reaction but I think he just lost control of himself for a few seconds and let his emotions get the better of him.

As for Kevin going, I think that the right decision was made based on who was in the boardroom although had he taken Jenny in - and I think he should have done - she would most probably have gone.

Sara was quite quiet (or so the edited show would lead us to believe) but she did try speaking up in the car when Jenny pretty much ignored her. I wouldn't have thought she was any less vocal than Alex but because she seems fairly shy she appears to be an easy target for the group.

Fair play to Raef for sticking up for her, he is right and it was completely unnecesary to lay into her, all it will achieve is adding tension / destroying relationships for the next task. Thought Raef had a good week - decent pitches and good composure.

I would assume that Lee and Jennifer must be project managers next week as they're the only 2 candidates not to have had a go yet. I'd think that they have different managing styles and it'll be interesting to see how they get on - particularly if Lee gets Sara in his team.

I've never watched this show before last night, but I couldn't reach the remote so I watched it (not as lazy as it sounds - girlfriend was asleep on me!).

I can understand that these guys are out to get a pretty prestigious job, but I couldn't believe that they were all picking on Sara at the end, and I thought fair play to the dude who stuck up for her. That Kevin guy was a total joke - his pitch was aggressive, the idea was awful and they didn't stand a chance, imo. If I could've fired anyone it would have been him or the ginger one.

Did anyone think that Tesco bought 6000 of the environmental cards for the sole reason that if they hadn't they might have seemed like they were not doing anything for the environment?

This purchase decision seemed more like a risk mitigation for Tescos to be seen as a green company.
