Raph is an absolute legend already, didn't like him at the start but I do now, he can articulate himself well and doesn't just bully his way to get his point through, which I can imagine happening quite a bit in the series.

I know that I'll enjoy this series but I can't help but feel like they are turning it more into staged entertainment by choosing stereotypical 'no morals' businesspeople.

It's almost predictable what happens when they put guys against the girls. The guys struggle at first because they are quite upfront about their differences while the girls will win and appear solid. But, as seen in the past and guessing by the trailer for next week, the girls eventually get into problems as they turn 'female dog'-y.
