Whoever was in charge of the spending will get fired.
For me its the head chef.
Just saw Ian the PM standing at the checkout handing over the money... how was Kevin in charge of spending again?@NathanE - he only had spending control over the food, not the fliers etc. It makes sense to me for the head chef to have control over the food budget as he chooses what ingredients are needed and in what quantities. Ian still should have made sure they had bought cheaply and had bought early.
The head chef in most restaurants barely sees the light of day, let alone know what things are on shop shelves. They say "I need tomotes, about 10kg of them" not "I need tomotoe sauce, Dolmio to be precise as it tastes the nicest, and gets lots of them!"He got 50% off, but it was in effect a 100% saving.
