Much as I'd love to believe it's "all about the TV" - I still believe SAS wants someone honest working for him. He's not an idiot, and from what I've read about him, he trusts honest people and hates liars and idiots. Despite his "business hard man" image, he's still a family man and old-school honest businessman, which I have a lot of respect for, even though he's not Dell or HP or Microsoft. He hates using the phrase "You're fired".
The end stages of the series will still be about the 1-to-1 interviews, removing the left-over fraudsters and BS-ers.
I think Lindi will win it - purely because they want a female winner this year.
