Can't believe Raef is gone, was pretty shocked. He performed to a higher standard than most, certainly others there deserved to go. Michael for one.
 
Both of those adverts were terrible IMO. Raef's ad pretty much summed up why he had to go - he was always style over substance and he misjudged the nature of the task.

I actually thought the 'Atishu' ad was worse. There was something in there which I just didn't think would appeal to mothers. 'My little girl's ill, but because these tissues are antibacterial it's OK for me to send her to school to suffer and infect all her classmates'? My mum wouldn't have gone for it.
 
How the heck did Michael stay?! :eek: He looked like a dead man walking and appeared to be so tired.

Found it interesting that last week Michael asked to be project manager again to prove what he can do but Sir Alan didn't let him be project manager this week.

I noticed that straight away and was very surprised when it didn't get highlighted as misleading. Very odd.
 
Very dissapointed Raef has been booted especially with some of other candidates still there. How on earth is Claire still there?
 
Claire and Michael both need sacking as soon as possible! Michael is possibly the single most annoying and anger inducing person I have ever seen. The way he snivels, looks doe eyed at Sugar EVERY week begging for another chance, shifts blame, takes credit for other peoples work, I can't stand to look at his face and the way he constantly looks like he has tears welling up and he knows he's up the creek without a paddle, I just want to slap him and tell him to go back to...whatever it is he does. Even the way he talks drives me up the wall, he's going to be responsible for me having a heart attack one day, I swear to God.

I think youve summed up michael in the best way possible :D
 
i did think raef was going to win, but SAS's aide summed him up perfectly at the end by saying behind his image and well spoken-ness there isn't THAT much there.

rekon claire deserves to win now, didn't like her at first but she has shown in recent eposides there is a lot more to her than meets the eye.

Must admit that Claire did do the talk very well in front of the agency staff etc but that is the most productive thing i've ever seen her do; usually it's just moaning from the side lines.
 
Claire reminds me of the badger from the last series, she is very good although she's very bolchy, shes been in the boardroom a lot but I think thats helped her as shes had a chance to defend herself and she doesn't let herself get hammered or put into a corner.

Spot on! :D He has the most annoying voice I've ever heard and is so arrogant its a joke!
