I actually think it's been NotFrances all this series. I'm sure there's been no name mentioned at all.

The whole boardroom is a set anyway, and Frances/NotFrances is an actress.

I don't reckon it's Frances - the shots have all been much closer in so you can't see her in the same way. I think they're trying to cover up for her being different this series.

I'm a bit late to the party, but I just wanted to say thanks for this too.

Even though I've not posted in this thread yet, I do skim through from time to time when I have, erm, time... anyway, I watched this earlier, and have to say it made me laugh out loud more than I can remember recently.

Absolutely brilliant video, so much so, I wanted to just pop in and say thanks for posting it.

Well if that's so my take is as follows, it would make sense her not being there as the show is now not filmed at SAS's main office (the big building in London) it is now filmed at the location they have previously done the final interviews at (you can tell by the taxi scene at the end of the show), so they have either made the 'set' to look exactly like the old boardroom and waiting area or the layout is the same at this other building.
