However... Plenty of employers now give very limited references, like they'll give the dates that you worked there and how many sick days you took, because that it absolutely objective and can't be questioned.
Once things get more subjective, there's too much risk of being sued. Give a bad reference? Ex-employee sues you because they can't get a job. Give a good reference? New employer sues you because they hired someone on your recommendation and they turn out to be rubbish.
She may be unflappable, perfect in an organisation can do the job but she doesn't express what she wants.
Kate - good for an organisation. Not an entrepreneur which is what you need if you want the individual to take responsibility part of the organisation they need to take a calculated risk.
Yasmina - she has that entrepreneurial spirit but she will have difficulty working with a large organisation? Will she put up with being the apprentice rather than the boss?
Debra - I think she will be offered a role. She's focused isn't an entrepreneur but could be trained. I was impressed by her age.
