*** The Apprentice 6 ***

I thought Jamie should have gone this week - it's obvious now that he talks a good game, but there's very little backing it up. Chris should have laboured the point about the reschedule of the big meeting. All he had to do was push Jamie for the reason he decided to move the meeting and I think he'd have gone as opposed to Christopher.

I think she does less than nothing. That scene with her and Stella in the kitchen about the choices of crisps was quite cringe worthy. Telling Stella to make her own mind about the crisps and not to listen to her because Stella's the project manager.
Wasn't it just, the fear in her voice at being pegged with contributing towards a decision said all that needs to be said about her. Her pitch was one of the comical highlights of the episode, completely oblivious to what she was doing despite being warned about talking too fast before the meeting. Even when the guy told her he couldn't understand, the penny still did not drop. Absolute dead weight, if she manages to fluke it to the interviews she will get utterly embarrassed there.

I think it was rather fortunate for Stuart that his team won, don't think Lord Sugar would have appreciated how he maneuvered Stella into the role of project manager. Couldn't have been any more blatent about it, even boasting like it was some clever scheme. It's this attitude that sooner or later will trip him up, no doubt about it for me.

im not surprised he went

he was a great worker if you gave him something to do but didn't see him much as a "think for yourself" kind of person

Liz and Stella are the two most able candidates in my view. They should be the finalists. Unless one of them makes a massive mistake, I can't see Sir Lord firing them in the near future.

I was hoping that Stella's team lost last night, so either or both Laura and Stuart would get fired.

But the look on Chris Team and especially Liz, was a classic, as they all sat there thinking how they had won, then to have those smiles wiped off their faces was soo funny :D

Laura is all talk too. She said that when it came to the boardroom she wouldn't be afraid to give her true opinion on Stella. When the time comes she just nodded and said she was a good PM. Weird girl.

Sugar clearly had a dislike for Christopher for some reason, his first time in the boardroom.

I read in the Daily Star that nice boy Christopher has not got a nice past. It reads that is has been convicted of beating his wife with knuckle dusters  and also has a weapons conviction :(

There is a little issue with his last job as he faces a fraud charge as well.

hard to know what happened in RL though, they edit this show heavily.

Editing or not they looked a shambles but then i s'pose that adds to the surprise of which team wins.

And Sugar said he lacked killer instinct!

:D Good effort.

Yup. Work as a team on the task then stab in the back in the boardroom if you lose. Don't not get involved in a decision because you're not the project manager.

It was pretty amusing that. :D And Stuart did warn her about talking too fast. :o

Something tells me she'll make it to the interviews but be the first to get fired. You know, "good TV" and all that. ;)

Be fair, he was knackered. :D:rolleyes: I think that's why Nick told Lord Sugar about it. Nick knew Lord Sugar wouldn't want someone like that working for him. And I think it was an obvious attempt to get Stella fired should the team lose.

Totally agree. You could almost stop the series now and have Liz and Stella in the final and thank your lucky stars that you wouldn't have to choose between them. :)

Just caught up.... I don't get it?!

Why did they fire that Chris and not the blonde Chris?!

Laura does my head in arguing over the responsibility of the decision... bloody hell.

Liz is fit. I have to keep reminding myself that they are all younger than I think!
