The 2 best or most likely to be successful business plans went through to the final but would have love of seen Mark vs Daniel in the final purely from an entertainment view.

Bianca has no personality what so ever, at least that is how she has been portrayed like anyway.

Hope Mark will win

Roisin was the only credible candidate for my money. She's well rounded and intelligent. I'd have hired the crap out of her.

Mark had the gift of the gab but he's a bumhole and not at all a team player or strategic, and Bianca is dull as heck and totally uninspiring.

Yes, very smart, but in my view a potential opinionated control freak. She came across really well in everything though, so it's hard to judge just by a TV show.

Bianca showed a better side of her tonight than in previous weeks, and Mark for me is a truly nice guy who probably deserves to win. I hate salesmen but he's the sort of guy you could chat to without feeling any pressure.

Bianca seems to be getting it easy and all of the emotional guff is reminiscent of how they set up Britain's Got Talent/X Factor winners to get the viewers onside.

I do wonder how much say Alan Sugar has in the decision, and how much the producer has in the pursuit of ratings.

Good ep, the best 2 business plans got through to the final.

And off course they sometimes do stuff just for the cameras...its an entertainment show...keeps us watching!

Quite surprised by Bianca - thought she was pretty useless in the tasks and made some huge mistakes but she seems to have the best business plan, and did well in the interviews until she started crying - though Mark has also choked big time during last week's task so he's no better. I'll be cheering Bianca on in the final.

Really disappointed for Roisin - she's the most competent candidate but that was a crap business plan. I'm really not sure about Mark's plan either - in last week's boardroom he was going on about "revenue of £10m by year 3" or something - really? There doesn't seem to be much innovation, just a clone of the firm he's currently working for (bet they're pleased) in an already crowded marketplace. I actually thought Daniel's business plan was better.

Wanted Daniel to win, he seemed like a nice guy in the end :( Solomon brought the lols.

Mark to win now, don't like Bianca at all

I never liked Bianca much during the process but her tights business sounds like a better idea than Mark's so I hope she wins.

Lord Sugar's adviser on The Apprentice Nick Hewer is to leave the BBC One show after a decade.

The 70-year-old PR expert, who has been on the UK version of the show since it began in 2005, described his decision as "relief tinged with regret".

This is shame. I really like Nick and his dry sense of humor is fantastic!

CV - best I've seen in 10 years. It was a pleasure.

literally seconds later

Business plan. Absolute disgrace. Sailboats everywhere. Get out.

I just couldn't stop laughing, oh man, what a turnaround!

The guy pulling out the ready meals when the chick was saying "there's nothing like this on the market".... "theres nothing using this ingredient"

Just gold.

Everyone note that the final is tomorrow (Sunday). I was unaware until I heard the BBC announcer mention it tonight.

How much of the Apprentice is actually realistic?

I'm pretty sure I read that after the second series it started being a load of ****.

I think it's heavily edited by BBC and Sugar only watches the edited tape. And they can portray the contestants in any way they like. But that's just my opinion. It's still good to watch.

Like someone said earlier it's a heavily flawed concept now that it's just about investment for a business plan, it might as well just be in the Dragon's Den format but there wouldn't be all the backstabbing and moronic actions to keep us entertained. I'm not entirely sure but I think it got changed from a job to financial investment after one of the winners sued Sugar because he didn't really have a proper job for her.

The TV show just seems to be a vanity project and source of income for Sugar and now that the format has changed to investing in a business plan he probably just chooses who he wants to win in before the actual filming even starts, like Viper says the editing can make anyone look good or bad.
