Wow, what a film. Everyone in it is fantastic. In a film that is a lot of talking, it's great to be entirely captivated by the actors' performances. Casey Affleck is just brilliant as Bob Ford, he's really pathetic, nervous and odd. Brad Pitt is very good also.

The film is a little slow but in a decent, relaxed way, rather than a 'wish they'd get on with it' way. It's really well shot and i just love the sense of realism you get. When people arent getting on and you know they have guns on them, you cant help feeling 'hang on, this might get a bit serious and someone might get shot' which must be exactly how it was in those times. Ouch.

Great film

Really really annoyed that no cinema in my city is showing this. I emailed Odeon and they gave me some blah about limited distribution.

Just finished watching it

AMAZING! would have been a better cinema experiance, but still

8.5/10

Yeah, liked this a lot. Pitt was surprisingly good (I usually can't stand the guy), but Affleck definitely steals the show.

Nice soundtrack too, featuring Nick Cave.

Its a good movie no doubt, bit slow for my liking but in the end i started to really enjoy it. Brad Pitt is excellent but Affleck really stole the movie under him.

I enjoyed this also.

Pitts performance is good.. kinda slow, thoughtfull and creepy!
Very focused!

Casey is very good, awkward and cowardly.

The entire film.. while long.. is at good enough a pace to keep your attention.

Recommended..

Wasn't what I expected at all, very slow, great acting and it was one of those films that when it was finished, I sat back thinking 'actually, that was really good'

It is a very long film, but very well put together and some superb acting, making a very good film overall.:)
