Really like the look of this film

Proberly wont get round to going to see it at the flicks but definitely consider the DVD

I totally disagreee with you, there arn't many decent male actors around at the moment I personally think that he has the ability to carry films quite well.
 
Watched this last week it was a lot better than I thought it was going to be. The story was quite good, if a little slow to start with and kept me entertained most the way through. :)
 
Saw this film last night with the GF, we both thought it was great!
I think I'll check it out on DVD when it's out as it was slightly ruined by a noisy bunch of morons sitting at the back...

Thought the cars in the film were top notch, loved the storyline & soundtrack. Definately worth a watch!
 
agreed, another quality film from the guy, even the gf enjoyed it and she has APPAULING taste in film and music.
Coulda done with more cockney banter and classic lines though, some football factory or business ones, think the only good one was 'SHUT YOUR NOISE!' those quotes make films for me tbh :)
 
was very disapointed. I had it hyped up a lot better than it was but it was still a good film. I maybe raised the bar a bit high for it but the trailor did bump it up a lot and I thought there would be a lot more humor in it. Turned out to be very serious. Takes a good length of time to get going.
 
we saw this on a preview in mid-February and it was suprisingly good! We weren't sure what to expect, but both really enjoyed it. I'd recommend it, though it does take a while to get going, imo it's worth the wait.
 
I wasnt sure I would enjoy a movie with Jason Statham in it, and not be an action flick... But overall it's a thoroughly enjoyable movie. I got to see an advanced screening of it before it hit cinemas... I liked the storyline, and overall the acting was pretty decent. Though as you can imagine, Jason gave a very "one-tone" job... he just acts the same in every scene, in every movie... when your watching the move you dont notice it - it's more of an after-thought.

Definately worth a watch with a beer or two after some footy or formula 1
