The battle for fourth.

If we had King I would be a lot more confident, does anyone know if Campbell will be playing? Will be good to see the north London derby with something in it for once.

He had his nose operated on, which should have put him out for 3 weeks. However Wenger said he would be fit for Saturday. He might play with Big Phil rested, I'd also expect Cesc to be rested for Diaby and Adebayor and Reyes to come in.

Cole and Clichy both played 90minutes yesterday so we might have a left back soon

It's all down to the game on Saturday IMO.

Arsenal win and they'll take it with ease.

A draw and it's still on but I reckon Spurs will nick it.

Spurs win? I don't wanna think about it.. 4th place is their's. :(

No worry though, we'll just win the CL and nick it off them that way.. :D

It was posted on the 12th April, so thats why ;)

Ahhhhh will teach me not to quote a quote without properly checking the original post from which it was quoted.

Anyhow it will come down to the game this saturday, if arsenal fail to win then I reckon spurs will clinch 4th place.

Yeah its a lot closer at this stage than i thought, basically only the Spurs away win against Everton has suprised me, i thought they'd get nowt out of that, so its a little off.

Just said on ssn he's definately out for saturday.

I'm really annoyed about the Portsmouth game now. I was ok with resting players against Man U because as long as we beat Portsmouth we could afford a draw against Spurs and still have it in our own hands.

It's still in L'Arse's hands, you just have to win all your games to ensure it.

Not if Spurs win all their games ;)

I'd love that to happen, but I said if L'Arse win all their games. That would sadly include beating Spurs. Still in their hands, but I feel Spurs have a great chance to get a result.

Wenger has some tricky decisions to make with regards to resting players for the away CL tie. No Campbell means Toure will have a torrid and tiring time trying to mark Defoe / Keane.

Sol would not of come in for Toure, only for Big Phil. Theres a chance Djourou may play, but I doubt it. I fully expect Toure to play.

I didn't actually see the game last night, how tired would you say Arsenal finished?

Difficult to say, didn't have the ball in the 2nd half much, and several players will play on Saturday who didn't yesterday. I don't think tireness should play much part in a derby too.

Clichy could play a part too which is good :)

True but with us probably resting players I would feel a lot more comfortable knowing a draw still leaves it in our own hands.

Hang on if arsenal draw with spurs doesn't that mean you need spurs to drop points from one of their last two games?

A draw means spurs 62 and arse 58, so spurs maximum is 68 from their 2 (6pts) remaining games and arsenals is 67 from their 3 (9 pts)?

Yep, hence us getting two more points v Pompy and we could afford a draw.
