Had some great rounds on Firestorm, its great! Nice to be back on good maps

What have they done to the colours of the SA maps, they look horrible. I've only tried CB and Firestorm, will try Metro and Gulf in a bit.

Looks amazing with Sweetfx normal colours!

Its not bad, not sure how I feel about the colour palettes‎ they have used.

One thing I did notice is that there is one type of jet per side on caspian which should limit the air rape. It's also quite difficult to see stuff from the air whereas before there was more variation.

Do the jets start on the runway like in BF3 or do you spawn in mid air like BF4?

Now I need to find another game, don't have premium or second assault, not giving them another penny til they atleast look like they are trying to fix the basic problems and "netcode" but all the servers I play on have updated to second assault so I can't play on them :S so thats pretty much me done with the game unless they give it away free or actually fix the game.

Hmm I guess they must have atleast reused the sound system from the Refractor engine for Frostbite - worked out why my Creative X-Fi works so well with the game and other sound devices don't... BF2 had a whole new version of the sound system implemented (X-Fi renderer) especially so as to make use of the XRAM on the X-Fi... suprise suprise BF4 seems to be making use of the same functions to work with audio when the X-Fi is in play.

Wonder how much more code is a half arsed copy and paste job.
