Looks like a 24" BenQ FP241W 1920x1200 monitor. It's a good monitor, I used to have one :). Mine had some terrible image burn/retention so I replaced it. Now after not using it for ages the burn has gone.
 
Yep, it is indeed an fp241w. 16:10, 1920x1200. Quite old now but the image quality is very high, (va panel). When bought new it was about £450.00. At that time 1920x1200 was only available on the higher end screens such as the nec g series, dell's 2407 and the fp241w or the more expensive Z model. I've wanted to replace it for a while now, but theres nothing bar the swift or the new Acer ips gsync model that have tempted me.

I've got k70 with reds and it is indeed more noisy then your classic 4 quid kb and the quality of the clicks is so good.... its a good thing to have if you enjoy the game a lot, not the greatest for typing takes a bit to get used to the force but you'll love it, I would get one if you don't mind the spend...

Will NOT get accurate results in a populated server. Do you know what you're saying? Sure the results won't be consistent but at least you're giving your CPU multiple tasks to perform via Frostbite's 3 ( Wave simulations, player position, hit detection, destruction, micro destruction, levelution, audio, explosions, deformation etc etc for 63 additional players) That way the user would have determined if there was a benefit to hyperthreading or not.

As soon as I can find a 3770K at a reasonable price I intend to run my own FCAT tests for BF4.

I opted for the CGK70 RGB Cherry Browns. Thought it be a good balance, went and played with a few keyboards, love the feel of the browns.

XXL Mouse matt ordered - check
1.5mx720mm Soild Oak 40mm staves Worktop ordered - check being delivered today
Drawer Units - getting tomorrow
Danish Oil - check, need to pick up later
Room cleaned and prepared for new desk - check

:)No more gaming on my 1980's mouse matt as josh calls it and tiny desk

not sure yet, really like the heat sensitive idea. Was thinking blue backlit but upon key press areas to turn red. Might be pretty cool as I have a white and blue theme case going on
 
Tony why that sudden movement ? :D new kb, table, etc ? :D
Also when you get that danish oil in a tin bottle I poured it to plastic one as when the tin can got glued with excess oil and I had to cut it open...

I just need to get my corner sorted. We need some extra drawer space in our home, I need a new desk, was looking around to buy a desk but they were all stupid money and not really what I liked. So decided to make my own, and regarding the new hardware and purchases, I've been holding on to over £400 in OcUK vouchers just waiting and waiting on these new GPU's, but they are taking for ever to arrive, so decided to use some credit on other things lol
 
New keyboard will be nice, mechanical boards do take a bit of getting used to but once you do its hard to go back to a standard board, (as I've found).
 
Steelseries heavy or GTFO!!!!!!!!!! :p

I have the XXL OCUK mat underneath it. Unfortunately I don't think it is as good as the boogie bug in terms of the finish and it doesn't seem to last as long, still really good though and makes any computer desk setup look immense!

Got myself an ikea table top and legs a week ago but haven't got it set up, think I will miss my current desk/position too much :( even though it is tiny, it is very cosy...
