I started by using a 360 controller, felt more natural to me. However on the say so of Joe & Nexus I swapped to KB&M.

Took me ages to figure it out and get comfortable. Bind "Pitch Up" to your space bar, saves you having to use loads of your mousemat.

I can only fly however in 3rd person, I suck balls in 1st - judging the correct turn speed can be a nightmare.

I use the xbox 360 controller as I find it easier to fly, but can't aim to save my life, need to practice with kb&m in test zone.

I have trouble flying using KB+M having got used to using a xbox controller as this is my first BF game on PC, im not to bad in scout heli but jets and attack chopper im shockingly bad

That's the bonus of using KB&M, you can be a lot more precise with your aiming.

Keyboard and mouse for flying... Skill ceiling is a lot higher then xbox pad...

Ok cheers Josh, I will try the space bar as pitch up. I was finding I needed to adjust my mouse quite a lot while flying.

360k round, gotta love a doublexp + 200% boost then unlocking all the 40k service stars for items and vehicles, points galore. Once double is over, my blue bar for SPM on the graph in BL is going to plummet south very very fast.

Good games today playing classic mode with the XDC boys. Either people who PTFO gravitate to this game type or it forces you to PTFO more than normal

Some really good games this afternoon. It seemed to take for ever for me to get warmed up though. It's an age thing I guess, but I was also trying to get to grips with some new weapons rather than go full try-hard with my favourites.
