Nope.

#BBCF1 does a Forum after every live race but circumstances mean it is not always possible on highlights weekends @andrewbensonf1

They have done the F1 forum for some of the non-live races but not all.
Jake's away doing the Olympics at the moment, which might be a factor for no F1 forum for the German race and probably Hungary as well.
