Dropped my load temps quite a bit and it was the easiest HSF I've ever fitted. Even though it's huge. I'll keep an eye out for your next review.jmke said:"the best" without thinking about noise is the Tuniq Tower 120, it's 1kg large tower heatsink with small aluminum fins and a 120mm (25mm H) fan in the middle; if you run the fan at high speed the cooler will keep your CPU chilly as can be.
I don't want to begin to imagine how much strain that is putting on the motherboard :sfornowagain said:Dropped my load temps quite a bit and it was the easiest HSF I've ever fitted. Even though it's huge. I'll keep an eye out for your next review.

Its not bad at all. Its very light at the top, just fins. It's way lighter than the Hyper 6 I took off. Its not the weight that you should worry about, its the turning moment, i.e the taller the worse any load gets.PinkFloyd said:I don't want to begin to imagine how much strain that is putting on the motherboard :s

Iv noticed that the weight of it pulls the cooler of the top edge of the chip and this is the same with my friend and there isnt a lot I could see I could do to it.
Works ok at at low temps but it just doesnt keep up with it is only at 2.3Ghz had to clock it down.
MOVING BACK TO THE ARCTIC
