So.. I'm after the best, but cheapest SSD for the money.

Hows the OCZ Agility 3 rate against other cheaper options like the Kingston V300?

SSD is for a small mATX system for Photoshop (minimal use nothing heavy), internet, word processing etc.

Cheers

they are cheap for a reason imo, they use cheap nand memory

put the extra and but a decent ssd,one like crucial m4 or samsung 830/840

corsair force gt and intel ssd's aint bad either

crucial m4 is very good for the money. Reliable, fast enough, and pretty cheap compared to its rivals - costs about the same as the agility 3 you mentioned. It is getting a bit old now but there is nothing wrong with it.

If you could stretch your budget the samsung 830 is better still.

adata warranty is the same 3years, so only intel give more 5years on the 520 series.

so reliability in addition to performance for the price, is well, depending on if you use them or just benchmark them im guessing.

reliability, well i will have 3 years to test that, rma if faulty
performance v price etc Read Speed: 550MB/Sec, Write Speed: 530MB/Sec for mine as works great, im more than happy and on offer when i had them so cheapest 256gb on here at the time, might not rocket like samsung but they still rocket.

had a small Crucial in the past, can't fault it tbh, still works
