Eta of the 16th and easter weekend is next weekend so I'd guess pre order at this price is fine. Gibbo also said he had 500 units, it's a bloody silly price but not silly enough to move 500 units inside 12 hours :)

Not a price drop, Kingston like doing special promotions using marketing budget, hence why it's limited to 500pc as they loose over £10 on each kit.
 
Is there still stock of these Gibbo? Just wondering whether my order went through as it seemed to all be fine but it said it was out of stock on the order screen- I assumed this was just because the stock was yet to arrive?
 
Also, what do people think about 8gb vs 16gb RAM? I ordered two kits because it was a good price and thought why not, but wondering if it would actually help at all. I know BF4 can be a bit of a memory hog so it might help a bit there?

Just seen that, looks like that might be the black pcb version, i'd have gone for that if i'd have known as they look a bit neater. Unless OcUK are using an older stock photo and these are black pcb as well?

It does say despatched within 2-3 weeks though.

Yeah but price is guaranteed , and if it drops you get it cheaper

Don't get me wrong , I use ocuk , but sometimes not always the best . Will see in coming weeks if price is the same

This is 1 week, that is 2-3 weeks, it was also probably the best price before they matched it. If it's the same price I'm not sure why you are bringing it up really.

Just saw your comment on HUKD lol, Amazon obviously either price matched or made a separate deal with Kingston but I see you stirring.

My kits shipped out yesterday so will confirm PCB colour on arrival tomorrow. Also will see what raw MHz they can do as well as how well they tighten :)
